Political system - Montenegro became independent of Serbia in 2006.
Visas:. Russians, Ukrainian, British and US nationals, citizens of most European countries, Australians and New Zealanders do not require a visa to visit Montenegro as a tourist for up to 90 days. Citizens of other countries need visas (which can be issued in any diplomatic mission of Serbia and Montenegro).
